Janet and her husband have lived in the community of Franklin for 35 years and have two married children who attended Franklin Public Schools. She is serving her second three-year term as a Franklin School Board member and is currently Board President. Sometimes We Need To Think About The Unthinkable


I am fortunate to have participated in training, and becoming certified, as a  Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) member. That training can expand, if I desire, and affords me volunteer opportunities such as the one I participated in this morning.

I left the house at 6:00 a.m. and headed out to Delafield to St. John's Northwestern Military Academy.  My "mission?"  The following exercise was seeking CERT volunteers, and I was chosen.:
